Step One: Sewer System Diagnosis
The Nu Drain pipe lining process starts with a video camera inspection of the sewer pipeline in order to properly diagnose the exact location or locations of the problem. A plan of action is then formulated to implement the pipe lining in the most cost-effective and timely manner as possible.
Step Two: Sewer Pipeline Cleaning And Preparation
The existing sewer pipeline must be properly prepared prior to the application of the pipe lining system. Often times the sewer pipes are clogged with tree roots, calcite, and other debris. These blockages must be removed with either a hydro-jetting machine or pneumatic plumbing tools. The interior walls of the existing sewer pipeline must be as clean as possible in order for the liner to stick properly.
Step Three: Installation Of The Pipe Liner
