How can we help you?

With so many services available, it can be hard to determine what the best answer is for your property. That’s why we offer such a wide variety of options - so that any repairs, replacements, or maintenance needs you have can be met by our company. We never want you to have to go anywhere else, so we have made ourselves into the one-stop shop for trustworthy service in Indianapolis.

Drain cleaning

Because we have the latest technology, NuFlow Indy is capable of handling common issues with Indianapolis, IN homes or businesses like tree roots, mineral deposits, food waste, or hardened grease accumulation. These problems can occur no matter what kind of services you offer or building you have - whether you’re a hospital, a warehouse, or another type of enterprise.

We always perform a video camera inspection before beginning our drain cleaning process, so we know exactly what equipment we need to use to resolve your clog or other issue. This video camera inspection can also alert us to any other damage inside your pipes, like cracks, leaks, corrosion, or erosion, which can cause pretty big issues. We provide drain snaking, hydro-jetting, and maintenance drain cleaning services, all for your convenience. Both drain snaking and hydro-jetting are effective for relieving clogs. Drain snaking is recommended for smaller clogs with less density; hydro-jetting is better for heavy-duty clogs or relieving mineral buildup, grease buildup, or buildup of soap scum and hair from bathroom lines. Hydro-jetting is also very eco-friendly, since it’s just the use of highly pressurized water inside your pipes. Both of these methods are trenchless, which causes no external or internal damage to your property.

Sewer camera inspection

Thanks to improvements in technology, plumbing technicians like the ones here at NuFlow Indy can use small, waterproof, HD cameras to inspect the inside of your pipes without the need for excavation. This service is for all types of buildings - residential, industrial, commercial, municipal, or historical. NuFlow values not damaging your property, and we pride ourselves on being a primarily trenchless company. That means we use a pre-existing entry point to your pipes like a drain cleanout to begin the inspection. We insert the camera and begin recording all from above ground. As the camera goes deeper inside your pipes, it sends a live feed of video or pictures to our tech’s tablet, phone, or computer. This means we get crystal-clear images of what your pipes actually look like without having to dig. This also means no damage is done to your property while identifying your plumbing issues. This process saves you time, money, and energy - it only takes about an hour to complete and is highly affordable.

If there are major damages to your pipes - things like clogs, chips, cracks, holes, or rotten spots - a repair or replacement plan can be made that day, along with a quote from the technician managing your pipe inspection. If the damages are less severe, regular sewer inspections can save you tens of thousands of dollars because it prevents the need for an emergency plumbing phone call. Those moments when your toilet overflows, a pipe bursts, or something else dramatic happens can be severely lessened by a routine sewer camera inspection.

Sewer repair

Major sewer repairs are something no business, home, or property-owner looks forward to. If your property was owned and managed over forty years ago, it’s probably time to consider getting a thorough inspection. The materials used in decades past do not always stand the test of time, and will most likely go out on you soon. It’s better to have a heads up than to get caught unaware, so considering your structure and pipeline system’s age is extremely helpful.

Traditional sewer repairs

These repairs can cost thousands of dollars. That’s why NuFlow Indy offers trenchless sewer repairs. Traditional sewer repairs require the excavation of a trench the length, width, and depth of your pipe. Digging the trench itself can take weeks. This trench is necessary to expose the pipe for repair, replacement, or inspection. Then it can take multiple days to perform the necessary repairs, replacements, or inspections. Once the repairs are complete, you have to pay out of pocket to repair any landscape or hardscape damaged by the excavation. This may also require city licenses and the rerouting of traffic, depending on where you’re located and what kind of building or property you have.

Trenchless sewer repairs

These repairs are much more economical, much faster, and much easier for both you and the plumbing technicians working on your pipe. Technologies, equipment, and methods are constantly evolving, with NuFlow right behind them. We have perfected our process, using only the top technologies to serve our clients. We developed an epoxy resin that can cure relatively quickly and leaves your pipes in better-than-new condition. Here are some major benefits of going trenchless:

  • - Repairs usually only take a couple of hours
  • - Less-intrusive technologies mean you save thousands of dollars by not repairing landscaping, flooring, and walls in homes & businesses
  • - Efficient services save homeowners & business owners time, money, and energy
  • - Trenchless repairs meet industry standards, extend life expectancies, and are permanent

Instead of that massive trench, we need only a small access point at the end of your sewer pipeline. Prior to the installation of the lining, we will inspect and then clean your pipes, to ensure a perfect fit. This process removes all prior clogs, tree blockages, damage from corrosion, erosion, or other complications. We also measure your pipes so we can cut our epoxy properly. A high-tech machine inserts a flexible tube filled with air into your pipe, filled with that specially-designed, wet epoxy resin, and fills the entire space of your pipe. It conforms to the particular shape, size, and dimensions of your pipe, ensuring a perfect fit. We then inflate the air tube and allow the wet epoxy to coat the interior surface of your pipe. We deflate the air tube, remove it, and the epoxy takes a few hours to cure on its own or under 60 minutes with the application of heat. This epoxy creates a hard, impenetrable lining - or “pipe within a pipe”- that can help prevent future problems. Our epoxy resin has a 50 year life use expectancy. This almost doubles the life expectancy of cast-iron, PVC, or clay pipes. This pipe lining method can be used for all types of pipes, not just sewer lines. NuFlow especially recommends underground (trenchless) repair methods for pipes like these:

  • - Underground pipelines, particularly ones beneath homes, landscaping, hardscaping, or business buildings
  • - Blocked, burst pipes with severe damage due to an invasion of tree roots or household debris
  • - Poorly installed pipes which cause sewer backups or frequently leaking drain lines
  • - Cracked water lines caused by ground movement, like settling, or home restoration, particularly of the foundation
  • - Persistent thawing and freezing that create a damaged pipe
  • - The desire to add a larger water pipe to a home, business, hospital, or historic building

NuFlow Technologies was at the forefront of the beginning of the boom of trenchless technologies. We’ve been working hard for decades to ensure our technologies, equipment, and solutions up remain the best in the business. Not only did we set the standards for the trenchless industry - we far exceed them.

Storm drain repair

With NuFlow, you don’t have to be worried before, during, or after a big storm. We offer repairs and maintenance for your storm drains that can guarantee their safety and hardiness during that big weather event. For clogged storm drains, we hydro-jet them. With hydro-jetting, we insert a small, flexible rod with a highly pressurized nozzle into your storm drain and blast water through it. This clears any clogs and removes debris from the inside of your pipes. With a more extensively damaged storm drain, we use a similar epoxy resin as we do with sewer line repair, which restores the drain to better-than-new condition. This means you won’t have as much to worry about. It creates a storm drain inside a storm drain, ensuring your storm drain will stand the test of time. With a post-work camera inspection, we ensure all weak points are secured and clean.

Vent stack lining

Traditional vent stack lining processes can require the removal of walls, flooring, and the stack itself. That can cost a fair bit to replace, and we don’t want to cost you anymore time, energy, or money than is absolutely necessary. Here at NuFlow Indy, we’re all about completing work for our customers as efficiently, effectively, and affordably as possible. That’s why we offer a trenchless solution for vent stack lining.

First, as always, we begin with a video inspection. This lets us survey the damage and pinpoint where we need to make repairs. We clear out all debris and give your stacks and vents a thorough clean. After that’s done, we insert a liner and allow our epoxy to seal to your lines, adding on 50 plus years of life expectancy. This can be used on any type of vent system, including fiberglass, PVC, clay, and iron - so no matter what you’ve got, we can fix it. Our technicians are equipped and capable of handling this process with ease and confidence, so just call or email us today to learn more about how we can repair or maintain your vent stacks without damaging your property.
