We have a 1932 craftsman house with original clay sewer line. We had a sewer back up into our family room in the basement after a bad storm. Called a local plumber. They scoped the line and found tree roots almost obstructing the sewer line in a couple of places. They then had another man come and speak to me about replacing the entire sewer line, and putting in a cleanout in the yard. They would dig up a large portion of my lawn to do so. Then it started, the sales tactics, more high pressure statements of what would happen if this was not taken care of promptly etc. When I said I was getting other estimates. He was rather abrupt, and left.
I then called NuFlow. From the very beginning, starting with Michelle in the office an entirely different tone. We scheduled an appointment to have them come to our home. Bobby was so knowledgeable, personable, and we discussed our options. NuFlow scoped the line with video. Bobby showed me the line video and what was there. We discussed options again. No pressure at all. I had the estimate in my email for the work we discussed with in 48 hours. We had a clean out placed then the entire line hydro-jetted to remove all the roots from the line. After they were done, the entire line was scoped again to make sure all was cleared. And the best part was, they only had to dig about a 4x4 area on my lawn to get down to the sewer line and to place the clean-out. And the clean-out is almost flush with the ground! No big unsightly tube sticking up in the middle of your front yard! And the cost was about $3000 less than the plumbing company quote.

In the last few years, we had been having a sewer backup happening once or twice a year So this last time it had happened so I had researched who to call I stumbled on NU FLO Indy I was impressed with what others were saying so I called to schedule a Inspection It revealed a cast pipe under our basement was starting to Fail They were on time and very professional after receiving there estimate we elected to proceed with the repair I could not be more pleased these Guys are great I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing a sewer line repair I would give them a 6 star if it would let me .

Bobby from NuFlow was excellent to work with. He came out to provide an estimate for a broken sewer pipe after we started experiencing some backup into our home. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained both an immediate fix option as well as a longer-term solution that he highly recommended.

What stood out most was how personal, understanding, and honest he was throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood our options without any pressure and was extremely professional from start to finish. He also helped get us scheduled quickly, which was a huge relief given the urgency of the issue.

Absolutely exceptional - beginning to end. Communication and scheduling was fantastic. Our 1906 sewer line was threatening to give up the ghost.  Our first visit from another company was completely incorrect and Bobby was the second opinion we definitely needed!  Use of the hydrovac truck to install our 6" cleanout kept our (obsessive) landscaping pristine - no giant soil tombstone in our front yard for a year!   The crew showed up on time, every time and did a phenomenal job.  They are all masters of their craft and are super warm and friendly.  The technology is fascinating and when they left, it was like they were never there!  I can't recommend this company enough - really great experience that I'll share with everyone! Had a great experience with this company. These are professionals, unlike two other big companies I dealt with during our plumbing ordeal.

NuFlow was able to come out and do the trenchless UV cured-in-place pipe replacement of our main line in a single day.

I learned that a home I was selling had a couple of ceramic pipe collapses and that my repair obligation included pipes under the street to the water main.  What a nightmare!! I chose NuFlow to minimize yard damage.  They were terrific to work with, kept their word and communicated well and respectfully. A few weeks ago, we had the unfortunate experience of a broken main drain line coming out of our house. NuFlow was awesome to deal with in a very stressful situation from beginning to the end.. Bobby was very helpful, informative and easy to work with on the front end. Once he set everything up, the crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, were friendly, and were super sensitive to not damaging the rest of the yard and cleaning up. They finished on time and it was almost not noticeable from the street that they’d dig the yard on the side of our house to replace the clean out line, that’s how well they cleaned up and how careful they were. Everyone in the crew seemed super nice, engaged and truly easy to deal with. On the back end, Paula was great to deal with regarding the billing process and everything finished up without a hitch. Our experience with NuFlow Indy LLC was exceptional.  Starting from the initial contacts to the onsite analysis and camera inspections they were very customer oriented and took the time to understand the problem and answer all of our questions.    The NuFlow relining process took two full days.  The crew was very professional and  took special care to make sure the pipe was prepped properly before installing the liner.  We are very pleased with the results.  NuFlow even provided copies of the camera inspections before and after the cleaning as well as the final lined pipe.
