Our 1906 sewer line was threatening to give up the ghost. Our first visit from another company was completely incorrect and Bobby was the second opinion we definitely needed! Use of the hydrovac truck to install our 6" cleanout kept our (obsessive) landscaping pristine - no giant soil tombstone in our front yard for a year! The crew showed up on time, every time and did a phenomenal job. They are all masters of their craft and are super warm and friendly. The technology is fascinating and when they left, it was like they were never there! I can't recommend this company enough - really great experience that I'll share with everyone! Thanks NuFlow team!

We had a couple companies come out for estimates to repair the work. NuFlow was by far the most friendly and professional. When they came to do the estimate there was no charge for taking a full length video of our line - - our line is very long (95feet). They provided us the video at no charge to keep for our records. We then consulted about the price of repairing the entire line versus installing a new cleanout. NuFlow does lining to repair the pipe versus digging up the pipe which was preferable to us because we didn't want a trench in our entire front yard. The entire line repair was quoted at $18,700 and the cleanout was quoted at $6,600. Travis Perry is the point person for all NuFlow Indy service. I was on the phone with him several times and he was nothing but friendly and answered all of my questions. NuFlow was never pushy. NuFlow takes care of all the permits required and contacts the city to have utilities marked. Travis worked with me on questions I had about how many vehicles would come to our house the day of the repair because our driveway is long but not very wide. The day of the repair the crew showed up promptly and communicated with me about where best to park their vehicles so they didn't have to run all over the yard. One of the best moments is when they brought out their digger and used plywood under the tracks to save our grass....we really appreciated that attention to detail! The crew of three guys was there from 9:30a - approx 3:00p. After the installation was done they did a cleanout of the entire line then took another video - which they sent to us for our records at no charge. This seems like a little thing but it was included with the quote/cost of the service and none of the other contractors we had come out did this. A couple said we could pay extra to get the line cleaned after the repair. A sewer line repair is probably one of the least sexy house projects, but NuFlow Indy made did an awesome job for us. If there were 10 extra stars, they would get all of them.

They explained every issue and gave us options with each issue we had (we had many). I suggest Nu Flow for any of your sewer needs. In Detail - We have a 1955 house with cast iron plumbing. We had a notion to have our sewer scoped to see if there were any issues. The scope showed that we had a crack in a pipe and we decided to get it fixed. The person we had do our scope (she only does scopes) found the crack. We selected Nu Flow Indy to come out and give us an estimate. They did another scope and found the cracked pipe. In repairing the pipe we found a bigger issue. We were not on city sewer - we had a 1955 septic tank with a big leach field. So... we had a new sewer system installed connecting us to the city sewer. I found out that Nu Flow is a contractor for Citizen's in Marion County. They were able to get Citizens to come to our house and help solve this problem. We needed a 12' ditch dug at the city main and connect a tap to that pipe. Citizens covered the cost of that dig and the connection. We paid for the remaining. So - I don't like spending money on new sewer system, but given that we needed to do this, I am glad we went with Nu Flow. They did excellent work and had great communication with us on the process. I attached some pictures of the dig. There is one courtyard picture with a small backhoe. Notice that they went under our courtyard sidewalk vs. breaking the sidewalk up. That required them to dig out by hand - this was done in two spots actually. I am sure that for them, it would have been easier to have broken the sidewalk. But, this is a small example that shows that they care about their clients beyond just the task at hand. If I could have done anything differently, I would have just called Nu Flow from the start to do the initial sewer scope. Along this process we dealt with at least 8 people included the office staff on the phone. They were all top notch people to deal with.

We had a sewer back up into our family room in the basement after a bad storm. Called a local plumber. They scoped the line and found tree roots almost obstructing the sewer line in a couple of places. They then had another man come and speak to me about replacing the entire sewer line, and putting in a cleanout in the yard. They would dig up a large portion of my lawn to do so. Then it started, the sales tactics, more high pressure statements of what would happen if this was not taken care of promptly etc. When I said I was getting other estimates. He was rather abrupt, and left. I then called NuFlow. From the very beginning, starting with Michelle in the office an entirely different tone. We scheduled an appointment to have them come to our home. Bobby was so knowledgeable, personable, and we discussed our options. NuFlow scoped the line with video. Bobby showed me the line video and what was there. We discussed options again. No pressure at all. I had the estimate in my email for the work we discussed with in 48 hours. We had a clean out placed then the entire line hydro-jetted to remove all the roots from the line. After they were done, the entire line was scoped again to make sure all was cleared. And the best part was, they only had to dig about a 4x4 area on my lawn to get down to the sewer line and to place the clean-out. And the clean-out is almost flush with the ground! No big unsightly tube sticking up in the middle of your front yard! And the cost was about $3000 less than the plumbing company quote. A fantastic company to deal with from beginning to the end. All are personable, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. These are professionals, unlike two other big companies I dealt with during our plumbing ordeal. NuFlow was able to come out and do the trenchless UV cured-in-place pipe replacement of our main line in a single day. NuFlow was awesome to deal with in a very stressful situation from beginning to the end.. Bobby was very helpful, informative and easy to work with on the front end. Starting from the initial contacts to the onsite analysis and camera inspections they were very customer oriented and took the time to understand the problem and answer all of our questions. The NuFlow relining process took two full days. The crew was very professional and took special care to make sure the pipe was prepped properly before installing the liner. We are very pleased with the results. NuFlow even provided copies of the camera inspections before and after the cleaning as well as the final lined pipe. I had reports from the town of some roots in my sewer line and Roto Rooter came out and could not get past an offset in the line. NuFlow came out, got past the offset and let me know I needed an offset repair and what type of cleaning once it is fixed. They told me how it could be fixed, including what materials are needed, and even that they wouldn’t recommend using them because it could be done for less myself or with a different organization. Provided some options for reliable cleaning companies. I was in a very stressful situation and already thinking I likely needed my line replaced or heavy repairs. They certainly could have taken advantage of that but didn’t. They seem to understand how expensive it is for a home owner to do these repairs and want what is best for the customer. On top of that, the realtor representing the buyer of the house had an ego and thought all his calls to Nu-Flow were much more important than anybody else. I say this because, I was the paying customer to Nu-Flow, not the realtor. The GM of Nu-Flow handled that issue very professionally, and still worked with me in a timely manner. The work passed 2 inspections by the buyer. They worked very collaboratively with our plumber who had replaced 30 feet of our exterior sewer line after it had been partially filled with cement (a long story for another day). The remaining 100+ year-old pipe had some damage inside the house that NuFlow was able to line, along with the rest of the sewer pipe all the way to the city sewer. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism.
